WhatsApp automation ROI calculator

How much staff time do customer messages take today, and what could a WhatsApp bot save? Enter your own figures: the calculator compares the saving with the real price of a Los Bebes WhatsApp bot. It runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

Every result comes from your figures. We make no claim about how many inquiries a bot handles: that share is your own estimate.
Bot prices are the same as in our project cost estimator.

What a bot could change

Staff time freed per month: 104 hours
Value of that time per month: FCFA 156,000
Bot running cost per month: FCFA 45,000 to FCFA 90,000
Saving per month after running costs: FCFA 66,000 to FCFA 111,000
One-off cost to build the bot: FCFA 175,000 to FCFA 2,710,000; US$300 to US$4,700 · €260 to €4,150
Time to recover the build cost: 1.6 to 41.1 months

How it is calculated

Time freed = messages per day × working days × minutes per message × your share.
Value = time freed × staff cost per hour.
Saving = value minus the running cost (FCFA 45,000 to FCFA 90,000 a month).
Recovery time = build cost ÷ monthly saving: the smallest bot with the best saving, the largest with the lowest.

Exchange rates: US$1 = 576 FCFA (25 September 2026) and EUR 1 = 655.957 FCFA (fixed).

An illustration based on your figures, not a quote or a promise of savings. The real saving depends on your processes and on how customers use the bot.
